Could a "Cinderella Team" be Brewing this October?!

Thinking about October, pumpkins are still on my mind, and that took my thoughts to a scene in the Disney classic Cinderella. You know the part when the Fairy Godmother turns the pumpkin into the grand carriage to carry Cinderella to the Final Four. Ha! That's a twist on the old classic.

Fall, being my favorite time of the year, is also when my favorite sport to watch tips off with the NBA's 78th season now underway. Arizona is a special place in my heart, and I cheer on the Phoenix Suns.

On November 6th, the 2023-24 college season will be tipping off. Could we see a "Cinderella team?" Maybe there's one brewing, and it's about to light the courts on fire. That is what makes sports so exciting.

While we're talking college basketball, I would like to give a shout-out to the Lady Hawkeyes. Being Number 2 in the 2022-23 season, they are making history with a sold-out 2023-24 season for every home game. If you're looking for excitement on the courts, you will find it watching Caitlin Clark and her teammates light the court on fire.

While the pros and collegiate players are dribbling and passing down the courts, high school teams are readying for their game-day tip-offs in November. I am hoping for a "Cinderella Team" to make headlines.

I want to give another shout-out to Hard2Guard in Clearwater, Florida. It's a family-oriented club organization offering skilled coaching and the opportunity for many to play the game.

The Unforgettable Climax of Laura Beth's Series.

Carved out pumpkins or basketballs, October is a month that is filled with suspenseful excitement.

What I call the climax of my adventure-filled family saga, Graduation Summer, has some hoops happening. Cousins keep their minds occupied, waiting to know what is happening in another time, centuries before they were ever born. This book is full of suspense.
